Refund Policy



"All orders are guaranteed. If you do not receive your shipment during the specified delivery time you will be eligible for a refund or a reshipment. Please contact cs@sundrugstore.com if your order is late in arriving"

You may cancel your order with no charges incurred before it is approved and filled. We regret that once filled, the sale is deemed final and cannot be canceled.

Returns cannot be accepted because it is illegal for us to reuse or resell pharmaceuticals.

However, if your order was damaged in shipping or you are in anyway dissatisfied with the shipment, please send e-mail to CS@SunDrugstore.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and explain the nature of the damage/dissatisfaction. A customer care specialist will contact you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Registered shipments are traceable. In almost every case of a missing package (which is very rare), we find that customs detained the consignment. "If you have not received your order after 21 days from the shipping date, then please contact us immediately to make arrangements for a reshipment or a refund"



We provide a reliable and prompt delivery service worldwide.

At present we ship only through registered first class airmail directly to the street address or post box address provided by you. If you are not available when the shipment arrives, some postal services will leave a note for you to pick up the package at the post office. It is important to pick up your package within 1 week.

The normal delivery time varies between 7 to 14 days for most destinations.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after receipt. If there is any problem with your order, we will notify you straightaway.

The shipping cost is a flat US$15.00 per order irrespective of the order size. Bigger orders might be split into more than one package to comply with postal regulations and to avoid custom delays. However, this is done without any extra cost to you and with prior information to you.

Experience shows that Registered Air Mail is the most preferred and affordable shipping process and has the lowest cost with assured delivery within a reasonable time period. It is also least likely to attract customs attention and require additional paperwork from you.

All packages are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy and to greatly reduce the detention of the package by customs. Customs detention does occasionally occur but does not have any legal ramifications for the buyer. The FDA will simply send the addressee a form stating that certain items from non-U.S. sources were seized. We have a success rate of greater than 99.0% of our packages passing through customs undetained.
